Should you choose one of our properties as your next home, the first step is to submit an application. Once the tenancy application form has been submitted, along with the £160 application fee and relevant documentation to comply with the Right to Rent Act, your application will be processed in a professional and timely manner.
All our referencing is carried out by LegalforLandords, a locally based referencing company who are on hand, along with ourselves, to answer any queries you have during this process.
As soon as we have received your references and credit check, back we will be in touch to arrange a move in date. On this date you will be provided with a ‘new home’ pack containing your tenancy agreement, fully photographed inventory and contact information for our property maintenance team. Upon move in all deposits are registered with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme), information on this scheme can also be found in your pack. Once the relevant rent, deposit and fees (if applicable) have been paid, and bank details have been provided to set up the standing order, you will be free to take the keys and get moving in to your new home!
